The 16th Annual Canadian Sponsorship Landscape Study is now open for responses!

The study, known as CSLS, is jointly presented by T1, SMCC, and IMI and is widely used to describe the state of sponsorship in Canada each year. This year’s study, based on the 2021 year of data, will tell the story of emerging from the COVID global pandemic in Canada.

Your participation helps support a study that has aided thousands of Canadian sponsorship professionals drive decisions, inform strategic planning, and estimate rights fee investments for the past 16 years.  

The Canadian Sponsorship Landscape Study (CSLS) provides the most comprehensive information on the scope, scale and trends of Canada’s sponsorship industry, including industry size, spending by sector, activation trends, evaluation practices, strategic priorities and future outlook.

The study draws on both academic and industry resources to provide information that is extremely relevant, highly ethical and provides outstanding sponsorship expertise for sponsors, properties and agencies.

2022 marks the 16th edition of the Canadian Sponsorship Landscape Study.
